I had brought my truck in there to have the breaks look at. I think it was Chuck I was talking to. He said he would check it out. I got a call about 1 hour later. he said he could not find a problem so come a get the truck. so when i got there he said he took my truck to lunch and pick up some parts. and that it would be $96.00. He said all he did was check the wheels to see if they were getting hot. It was raining that day? So I fill like I got taken that day.

Looking at the bill, inspection fee 85$, (many ppl do for free), plus 170$ to inspect and diagnose? And in the end added 50$ fee for who knows what...just says total fee below the total jobs. Would be nice to be told inspection would cost something. I am totally okay with paying fair price, but since no contract was shown or emailed...beware if you plan to use. Before any work is done, make sure they give you something written down...or you end up with over 200$ extra on your bill. And to top it off, after checking out another problem, 170$ unexpected. They needed to do further testing with unknown pricing before they can fix the problem. Took it over to Rob's automotive down the street. They tested and told me what needed fixing....for free after leaving it over for the day. Rob's automotive wants to keep their customers. Go there!
